Q1. What if the product is defective or different from what I ordered?
A. Please contact us via "Contact Us" within 7 days of receiving the product, attaching photos showing the product's condition (whole product and defective parts).

Q2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
A. Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

- Unused and unopened
- All tags, accessories, and packaging are included
- The product is in the same condition as when it arrived

Q3. Cases in which Returns and Exchanges are Unacceptable
A. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted if the following conditions apply:

- An exchange due to customer preference, such as an incorrect size or color
- Cancellation after ordering
- Used or opened products
- More than 8 days have passed since receiving the product
- Products returned without prior notice

Q4. Refunds
A. If your return is approved, we will refund the product price only, using the original payment method or store credit. Refunds usually take 5-10 days to process.

Q5. Return/Exchange Procedure
1. Contact us via "Contact Us" (photo attachment required)
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Return the item (tracking number required).
4. After confirmation, we will ship the item.

Q7. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or suggest a different item.

Q8. If the item is damaged during shipping.
A. We are not responsible for damage during shipping. Please return the item in adequate packaging.
