Returns, Defective Items & Exchanges
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unworn, unopened, and in the same condition as when received.

We do not accept the following
・Size exchanges
・Order cancellations
・Opened or used items
・Items returned after more than 7 days
・Items returned without prior notice

How to Request a Return
For returns, please go to the [≡] menu at the top left and select “Contact”. Attach a clear photo of the item’s condition and send us a message. We will reply with instructions on how to return the item and where to send it.
